- All sales are final at Chia.com. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed.
- Order Modifications: Once placed, orders cannot be modified, rerouted, or canceled.
- Cancellation or Refund: Chia reserves the right to cancel or refund orders at any time due to stock limitations, quality issues, incorrect customer information, fraud risk, or any other reason.
- Product Packaging: Chia.com does not guarantee product box or packaging.
Damages & Issues:
- Many of the products sold on Chia.com are hand-made or hand-painted, which means slight imperfections may occur. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact officialchia@outlook.com within 14 days of purchase. Be sure to include photos, your name, order number, and a description of the issue.
- Significant defects like broken items, missing parts, or accessories will be evaluated. If the item qualifies for an exchange, a replacement will be offered if available. If not, you’ll receive an alternate item or store credit for a future purchase.
- Note: All other product sales at Chia.com are final.
Price and Promotions:
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change at any time. However, once a purchase is made, the price is final.
- Promotions: Chia.com cannot honor sale prices or promo codes once an order has been completed. Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively, nor can it be combined with other discounts.
