Chia.com Order Processing and Shipping Information

Order Processing:

  • In-stock orders placed by noon CT are usually processed and shipped within 5-10 business days from the order date.
  • Delays may occur due to system upgrades, and orders placed during release dates or sales may require an additional 48 hours for processing.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and in your Chia.com account the day after it is in transit with the carrier.

Shipping Information:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Standard Shipping costs $9.99.
  • Standard Shipping Time: 2-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Business days are Monday-Friday.
  • Delivery Days: Deliveries occur Monday through Friday.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Domestic Only: Chia.com ships to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
  • Exclusions: Shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, or any U.S. territories (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands).
  • USPS Delivery: Standard packages are transferred to USPS for final delivery. If USPS does not deliver to your physical address, you are advised to use a PO Box address when placing your order.

Customer Responsibility:

  • Ensure that the shipping address is complete and correct (including PO Box number if applicable) and that a reachable phone number is provided at checkout.
  • Once the carrier has delivered and provided proof of delivery, Chia.com is not responsible for the package.

Restocking Fee:

  • A $15 restocking fee will be charged for undeliverable or refused orders.
  • If your order is returned due to it being undeliverable or refused, your order will be canceled and refunded minus the $15 restocking fee.
  • If the order total is under $15, no refund will be issued.
